Yes the policy has help me to improve on my own policy. I have a much better and clear understanding about my own policy currently. It helps me to know which things are included and what things that should not be include for example to add in a date, and have to be signed by a CEO. Thus, it help me to know more about the policy and more aware about it.

When I took a look at the Temasek polytechnic policy, I learnt that some of the parts they made mistake such as: Didn’t indicate a signature, No date of the policy has been published and etc. By understanding on how to implement policy, it is important that we must be documented, implemented and maintained, communicate to all employees on WSH obligations and be reviewed periodically to ensure that it remains relevant and appropriate to the organisation.
